Meet the Board Donald Nehring Owner Operator FedEx Ground When did you join Trucker Buddy? 1999 Why did you decide to accept the position to be on the Board? In 2002, Tommy Hawks got me involved, and I'm sure happy he did. Thank you Tommy, this has been the best 10 years of my driving career, I hope for another 10 years. Do you have an interesting story you would like to share? I'm still surprised how much I have grown in my own life, by my involvement in Trucker Buddy Internation-al. I have been the program long enough to have the children graduating high school every year. I only hope the children will remember the things I they learned from me about how to drive safe around big trucks. I hope the seeds I have planted will help our highway safer in the future. What are some things that you like about Trucker Buddy? Everything, I wish Trucker Buddy was around when I was in school. I really enjoy watching the children's let-ters improve with every letter. This is something that will stay with them the rest of there life. It's not often you get a chance to make a real difference in life and Trucker Buddy is a great way to help a child in school. Personal (Hobbies and Family) I'm a big NASCAR fan, Go Mark Martin! I like to watch a good football game.
