The self-contained glue insert spreads out and provides a mechanical force fi t in addition to the strength of the glue. Hardware can fasten to the fi tting instantly and can be stressed after approximately six hours of cure time. Aerofi x 100 saves time and money because it is not necessary to use spe-cial screws or dowels, and there is no need for external glue, which can take hours to dry. Collins Pine Free-Form from The Collins Companies The Collins Companies con-tinues its research and de-velopment into minimizing the amount of formaldehyde found in its particleboard. After being one of the fi rst mills in the U.S. to be certifi ed under the California Air Resources Board (CARB) Phase One, it has re-cently been certifi ed compliant to CARB Phase Two. Phase Two is the most stringent formaldehyde regu-lation in the world. Collins Pine FreeForm Particle-board is now available with this new technology and certifi cation.
