You are on I-29 and on the banks of the Missouri, roughly halfway between I-80 to the south and I-90 to the north, perhaps on your own Corps of Discovery. Q3. Here I-80, in the shadow of the mountains, crosses I-15, and no, that's fresh water not sea water. Q4. Take an east off the Garden State Parkway to the ocean and maybe you'll be having some fun under the boardwalk. Oh, and you'll need some chips.
