29 CVSN INSIDER August 2009 HDAW 2010 One-on-One Meeting Supplier Registration Now Open ORLAND PARK, IL July 27, 2009 Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week 2010 has officially opened One-on-One meeting supplier registra-tions for the January 2010 conference. One-on-One meetings are a series of pre-scheduled and pre-arranged meetings between heavy duty supplier and distributor executives held each year in private suites during the conference. HDAW 2010 will be held at the Mirage, Las Ve-gas, Nev., Monday, Feb. 18 through Thursday, Feb. 21, 2010. During HDAW `09, 71 distributor and 96 sup-plier companies participated in 1409 sched-uled meetings. This very popular element of HDAW'09 is again available for supplier and distributor participation in 2010. One-on-One meeting participation is limited to suppliers that are members of one of the spon-soring organizations and have registered and reserved exhibit space at HDAW 2010. Cost for exhibiting suppliers to participate in One-on-One meetings is $750.00. Please visit hdaw.org for registration and exhibit space reservation information. Deadline for suppliers to register for One-on-One Meetings is Wednesday, Sep-tember 30th, 2009. The popularity of the One-on-One meetings in 2009 was evident in the large number of dis-tributor teams and suppliers that participated, said Angelo Volpe, vice president of CVSN and coordinator of the HDAW 2010 One-on-One meetings. The feedback from both groups was positive, and we expect to have an even larger number of meetings in 2010. Distributor companies and exhibiting sup-pliers that are members of the 13 sponsoring organizations are encouraged to return the pa-perwork for this important element of HDAW as soon as possible. Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week is the largest North American gathering of the independent heavy duty industry. More than 1,400 manag-ers and executives from 17 countries including distributors, manufacturers, service providers, educators and media attended the 2009 confer-ence in Orlando and an even larger group is expected for the 2010 event.
